In Rocketlane, form responses are accessible only to internal team members, such as Implementation Consultants (ICs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs). Customer users who are part of a project cannot view the submitted form data. This restriction ensures that sensitive information remains visible only to the intended, internal audience.
Customers Cannot View Form Responses: Customers do not have access to form responses from within a Rocketlane project, even if they are added as project members. Access to this data is strictly limited to internal team members for privacy and control purposes.
Sharing Form Responses with Customers
If you need to share the content of form responses with customers, Rocketlane does not provide direct access to this data. Instead, you can follow these steps to share the responses externally:
Export the Form Responses: Use Rocketlane's export functionality to save the form responses in a preferred file format.
Share the Exported Data: Share the exported data with customers through your chosen communication channel, such as email or a shared document platform.
