When setting a "Start on" date for a task within a project template, does this refer to working days or calendar days?

While the sequencing within a project template might appear continuous, when a live project is created using that template, the "Start on" dates for tasks are calculated strictly based on working days (typically Monday through Friday).

For example, if a project using the template is set to start on a Saturday, a task designated to "Start on day 1" will actually have its start date set to the following Monday in the live project. This ensures task start dates fall on business days.
