How can I find out the number of projects that were cancelled within a specific time period?

To find the number of projects marked as cancelled, use the filter tab to show only those projects whose status is "cancelled"


To find information of when the project was cancelled, access the audit logs for the projects in question:

  • Navigate to the cancelled project.
  • Look for a "Project Settings" or similar administration area.
  • Within the settings, find "General Info" and go to "Project Details."
  • You should then see a section for "Project Audit Logs." These logs track changes made to the project, including status updates. 
  • Export this log as a CSV file.

Once exported, you can analyze the data to find entries where the project status was changed to "cancelled" and identify the corresponding dates. This will allow you to determine the number of cancellations within your desired timeframe.
