People Performance: Analyse your team's efficiency, collaboration and utilization

The People Performance Report lets you analyse the performance of your team members. It also has sections listing the top performers based on task completion, billable utilization and collaboration.


You can view each team member in the account and track their performance based on their information for the respective fields.




Filter


Lets you filter team members based on roles and placeholders or even exact team member names.



Timeframe


This filter lets you analyse the people performance based on time frames so that you can specifically monitor performances for specific time periods.




The 'Custom' option lets you add custom 'Start date' and 'Due date' so that you can analyse people performance for specific dates.


Top Performer Cards




Top Performers: Task Completion

The Task completion top performers card lists the top three team members based on the percentage of total tasks marked as Completed.



Top Performers: Billable Utilisation

The Billable Utilization top performers card lists the top three team members based on the percentage of total hours marked as Billable out of the total Capacity of a team member.



Top Performers: Collaboration

The Collaboration top performers card lists the top three team members based on the total number of messages and comments sent.



The People Performance Report Table



Here is a list of the People Performance table fields:

  • Team Members

    Lists all the team members added to the Rocketlane account.

  • Role

    Mentions the Role that the team member has been added as.

  • Total Projects

    Mentions the total number of Projects the team member has been assigned to.

  • Tasks Assigned

    Mentions the new Tasks assigned to the team member in the selected timeframe.

  • Total Tasks

    Mentions the total Tasks assigned to the team member in the selected timeframe.

  • Tasks Completed on-time

    Mentions the total Tasks assigned to the team member that have been marked as complete before the Due date.

  • Tasks Completed late

    Mentions the total Tasks assigned to the team member that have been marked as complete after the Due date.

  • Tasks Blocked

    Mentions the total Tasks assigned to the team member that have been marked as Blocked at least once.

  • Tasks marked At- risk

    Mentions the total Tasks assigned to the team member that have been marked as At- Risk at least once.

  • Messages and Comments

    Mentions the total number of messages and comments sent by a team member.

  • Capacity

    Mentions the total capacity of the team member for the selected time frame in terms of hours.

  • Hours Tracked

    Mentions the total number of hours that have been tracked by the respective team member from the total budgeted hours (both billable and non billable).

    There is a clickable link here which takes you to the time tracking report of that team member for better visibility of the hours tracked by them. 




  • Billable Hours

    Mentions the total number of hours that have been tracked as Billable by the respective team member out of the total Budgeted hours.

  • Non- Billable hours:

    Mentions the total number of hours that have been tracked as Non-Billable by the respective team member out of the total Budgeted hours.

  • Billable Utilisation:

    Mentions the Billable Utilisation team members based on the percentage of total hours marked as Billable out of the total Capacity of a team member.

    Billable utilization = (Billable time/Capacity) * 100
