Rocketlane AI relies on business context to interpret what counts as risk, opportunity, or operational importance for your organization. This context can be sourced from a knowledge base.

Create a knowledge base

  1. Navigate to Settings → Knowledge base.
  2. Select Create knowledge base.
  3. Enter a name.
  4. Assign permissions or roles. Permissions control who can update the knowledge base.
  5. Select the type of data to add:
    • AI pages (information derived from transcripts)
    • API docs
    • Website
    • Upload a file from your computer
  6. Select Add to the knowledge base to add the content.
