Why am I receiving an error while performing an action?

Error troubleshooting guide:


If you encounter an error while performing a specific action, please follow these steps to identify the issue:

  1. Open your browser's Inspect tool.

  2. Navigate to the Network tab.

  3. Click the Clear icon to remove any existing logs.

  1. Perform the action that is causing the error.

  2. If a 403 Forbidden error appears in the console:

    • Click on the error to view details.

  • Go to the Preview tab to review the error message.


  1. This indicates that you do not have the necessary permissions to perform this action. Please reach out to your Admin to update your permission set accordingly.
