Why is the Customer not receiving the Magic Link in their Email?

The reason why the customer is not receiving the magic link in their email might be due to firewall restrictions.


These restrictions might cause the email to be flagged as potential spam, often resulting in it being sent to the spam folder. To resolve this issue,

 

1.Please ensure that the customer checks the spam folder if the email isn't in their inbox.


2. The customer needs to whitelist the Rocketlane domain. Whitelisting allows emails from Rocketlane to bypass the firewall’s spam filter and ensures they are delivered to the inbox.



They need to whitelist our (sendgrid) IP address. The IP adresses that has to be whitelisted for the SPF to pass are mentioned below:


167.89.70.41
167.89.105.49 
167.89.105.4
167.89.105.234
149.72.173.255
