Why do deactivated users appear in my timesheet approval lists, and how can I manage their visibility?

To manage the visibility of Deactivated users, you can utilize the existing "User Status" filter.

Navigate to the "Manage and Approve" tab under Timesheets, click the filter button, and configure Where "user status" is  exactly and select  "active" (or "deactivated" or "invited") to refine your view.
