The discrepancy occurs because Resource Management does not show allocations on weekends. While you can log effort for a task on any day of the week, Rocketlane's Resource Management module is designed to display resource allocations on weekdays (Monday through Friday) by default. Therefore, any effort assigned to a task with a start or due date that falls on a Saturday or Sunday will be included in the List View's total but will not appear in the Resource Management view's total hours. To ensure the hours are reflected in Resource Management, you should adjust the task's start and due dates to a weekday.
