The Customer Portal Home page provides an overview of the tasks and approvals for the project that you have been invited to.

 


Filters


Use the filters to view relevant tasks that you want to focus on. This view is personalised to you.

  1. View
  2. Assigned to
  3. Group by





  • View

    This filter lets you choose which tasks you want to view based on task status. 

    You can choose from All Tasks, Incomplete tasks and Completed tasks.

    You can further filter completed tasks based on when they were completed.


  • Assigned to

    This filter lets you choose which tasks you want to view based on assignees.

    You can choose from Me, Teams I am part of or Me & teams I'm part.


  • Group by

    This filter lets you choose how you want to group tasks.

    You can choose from  Default, Due date and Project.


New Task


The 'New task' button lets you create a new task in the project.



You can assign the task to a project and add assignee, due date and a task description to it. Click on  Create to create a new task.


Pro Tip: Use the short cut 'N' from your keyboard to create a new task from any page in your Rocketlane account.




Personal Tasks


Use the Personal Tasks list to track and manage all your goals in one place. You can even add due dates after task creation to stay on top of deadlines.
