In the Rocketlane Customer Portal, the Notifications tab mentions recent updates from the project for tasks that have been assigned to you and your team

Notifications: New tab

The New tab on the Notifications page lists all the latest notifications that are grouped according to the filter chosen.

• All
  
  Fetches notifications from each task that are ordered according to date of occurrence, latest first.
  
  
  
• Tasks I am assigned to
  
  Displays the tasks you are assigned to and the latest updates from that task under it.
  
  
  
• Mentions
  
  Updates on the tasks in the project you are a part of.
  
  
  
• Assigned to the team
  
  Displays the tasks that have been assigned to your team members and you.
  
  
  
• Clear notifications button
  
  This button allows you to clear the updates from a specific task.
  
  
  

Notifications: Cleared tab

Once you clear notifications for a task from the New tab, the task notifications get added to the Cleared tab.

Notifications Settings

Clicking on the Settings icon from the Notifications page takes you to the Notification Settings page.

From the Notifications Settings page, you can choose to be notified either on the Rocketlane app, email and/ or Slack.

Feature Based Notification Settings

You can set which notification you wish to see not chose to turn off certain notifications you don't want to see.

Here is a list of feature notifications and their default settings are metioned in the table that follows.

Note: Here, ✅ are the default checked boxes and ☑️ are the ones you cannot unsubscribe from.

Reminders

Reminders let you choose how many days before the due date do you wish to be reminded. Choose to be reminded from the timeline options as follows:

• Same day
• 1 day before
• 2 days before
• 3 days before
• 1 week before
