To automate phase visibility in Rocketlane based on whether a project field includes a certain value, even if that field contains multiple values, you should use conditional logic that checks for inclusion rather than an exact match. Rocketlane automations do not explicitly offer a "contains" or "does not contain" option. Instead, use the "none of" condition at the template or phase level. For example, setting the condition to "none of Payroll" will ensure that a phase is deleted only if "Payroll" is not present anywhere in the field, regardless of other values.
