You can setup form triggers on a template level that can be used by projects using the specific templates y clicking on forms inside the templates

Form triggers have all task triggers plus the following:
New form response
When a new form response is received, where the response for use case is onboarding, then import the onboarding project template.
New form approval response
When a new form response is approved, send an email to project members.
