You can setup phase triggers on a template level that can be used by projects using specific templates by clicking on phases inside templates or globally for all phases across projects

Phase triggers look out for events happening within tasks like status/assignee updated, due date changes to kick-start the automations.

List of triggers and sample workflows

The start date updated, and the Due date updated trigger

When a phase start date or start date is postponed by 3 days for a phase say "go-live," notify the project owner.

Phase status updated

When the phase status changes of the phase Implementation to complete, then change the project status to Implementation completed.

Phase deleted

When a phase is deleted, notify the project owner and BU head in Slack.
