What are Spaces?

The Rocketlane Spaces feature lets you share content related to your project with your team members. You can draft shared docs, make docs as private, embed URL for sharable files and use predesigned document templates.


How to access Spaces?


  1. Go to Projects and choose any project.



  2. Click on the Spaces tab.



  3. The view for a blank spaces tab looks like this. Go ahead and explore more to add content to your spaces.

Search Space Documents Search Bar


Allows you to look up a specific shared or private document.

Allows you to privately share documents within your team without involving the customer's team.



Shared Spaces
Allows you to share documents with your team and customers team.




Blank Document


Lets you get started on a blank document from your Rocketlane Project.

View your files by adding links from apps and services.

Use a Template


Allows you to choose an existing document template for your document.
