To switch to new customer portal follow the below steps:
- Login as an admin and go to Settings>Account Settings
- Here, you’ll find the Customer Portal Section
- Open the Old Customer Portal tab
- Click on Old Customer Portal where you’ll see a toggle labelled Disable Old Customer Portal.
- Click on this toggle to disable the Old Customer Portal. This will automatically enable the New Customer Portal.
Note: Disabling the old portal and enabling the new one is a permanent action. Once the new portal is activated, the old portal can no longer be used.
