You can set the default Project tab and Notification options for your customers. Customers will benefit from a tailored experience in the Customer portal and won't see irrelevant information as a result.
- Go to Settings by clicking on the profile icon from the left navigation bar.
- Select Customer Portal to customise Customer portal settings.
Note: Project owners and team members with Admin level permissions will be able to customise project tabs from each project.
Note: Your customers can choose to override this and opt to set up their own notification preferences from the Customer Portal.
