How to customise notifications for your customers?

You can set the default Project tab and Notification options for your customers. Customers will benefit from a tailored experience in the Customer portal and won't see irrelevant information as a result.


Accessing Customer Portal Configuration


  1. Go to Settings by clicking on the profile icon from the left navigation bar.


  2.  Select Customer Portal to customise Customer portal settings.




Project Tabs

You can select the Project tabs that will be visible to your customer in the Customer Portal by default. 


Note: Project owners and team members with Admin level permissions will be able to customise project tabs from each project.




Customer Notification Profile

You can configure the default notification settings for your customers. From the Customer Notification Profile tab, you can set up a default notification profile that will be applied to all new customers invited to projects.

Note: Your customers can choose to override this and opt to set up their own notification preferences from the Customer Portal.
