A customer signed up with their email address but didn't provide their first or last name. How can they add this information later?

A: The customer can easily add their first and last name by logging into their portal, navigating to their profile picture (or a similar user icon), and clicking on "Edit Profile." Within the profile settings, they will find fields where they can enter and save their first and last name.
