Unlock the power of Workflow Management to effortlessly enhance your task and project handling. With this feature, you can seamlessly:


  1. Set the status of parent tasks to automatically based on progression of subtasks.
  2. Automate start and end dates of phases based on the start date and due dates of the first and last tasks within those phases.
  3. Stop scheduled notifications for projects in specific statuses.


To configure these automations:


  • Log in as an administrator.
  • Navigate to your avatar and select settings.
  • Scroll down to Advanced settings and choose Workflow Management.


Within Workflow Management, you can set up the following automations by checking the appropriate boxes:


Status Automation: Automate progress and completion status of parent tasks based on subtask statuses, simplifying parent-child task management.


Phase Automation: Automatically assign phase start and end dates based on the first and last task in the phase.


Scheduled Automation: Stop overdue task reminders and notifications for projects in statuses like 'completed' or 'cancelled.' Unsubscribe agents from unnecessary notifications, boosting productivity.
