How to Add Task Templates to Your Project?

Add task templates you your project and save time by copying subtasks, assignees, placeholders, properties and attachments from the template.

  1. Go to the Project you want to add the task template to.

  2. Click on the drop-down option next to 'Add Task' at the end of each phase and select 'Add from task template'.

  3. From the 'Add task template' dialog box, you can select multiple tasks that you want to add to the phase that you chose.

  4. You can filter your task templates based on the project templates you are picking it up from. By default all the task templates are visible grouped by their project templates.

  5. You can also select all task templates belonging to a project template by choosing the 'Select all' button next to the template's name.

  6. Select the task templates and click on Next.

  7. Add a start date for the tasks that you have added. A summary of the current and new phase duration post adding the tasks will be displayed. Click Add tasks button to add the selected tasks to your phase.

  8. The tasks will be added to the end of your phase. You can drag and drop tasks to reorder.
