The Customer Portal's Status Update tab allows you to view previously published Status Updates and allows you to edit Status Updates drafts to which you have been added to as a Collaborator.
The published Status Updates are grouped according to the month of publishing and the Status Updates that are not yet published are mentioned under drafts.
- Status
The Status of the Status update can be On track, Ahead of time, Running late or At risk. - Published By
Mentions the name of the team member who published the update and the date at which the update was published. - CC
You can add a CC contact to send a copy of the Status update to the recipient via email.
From the Add cc dialog box, enter the email id of the recipient and click on send to send an email copy of the Status update. - Publish
This button allows you to publish the Status Update so that it can be shared with the rest of the team added to the project and the users that have been added in the cc list.
The publish update dialog box reconfirms if you want to send the update. Click publish. - Copy Link
The Copy link feature allows you tp share the link to the status update - Present
The present feature allows you to view the Status update in the Presentation mode which allows you to discuss Project Progress with your team as well as vendors in the Present mode. - More Actions
The Delete button allows you to delete the Status Update from the list of updates. - Attachments
The attachment drop down lists all the attachments added to the project. You can share/ view progress reports and project related documents here.
Highlights
You can share Tasks, Milestones and Status updates which will be dynamically populated according to the filter options you choose to apply to each section.
You can drag and drop these sections into the Status Update document.

You can share previous, upcoming and in progress tasks for a chosen time period. The time period you chose can very from one, two, three and four weeks. You can also choose a custom time period by adding specific dates. - Milestones Section
You can share previous, upcoming and in progress milestone tasks for a chosen time period. The time period you chose can very from one, two, three and four weeks. You can also choose a custom time period by adding specific dates. - Approvals Section
You can share previous, upcoming and overdue task approvals for a chosen time period. The time period you chose can very from one, two, three and four weeks. You can also choose a custom time period by adding specific dates.
Conversations
You can have relevant conversations with your team related to the Status Update in the Conversations tab.
- Private Messaging
Allows you to send private messages on the chat that will only be visible to the project's team members from your organisation. - Attach Files
Browse for files from your PC and attach to the conversation. - Add an emoji
Add emoji to the chat.
